Phase One
Site Establishment and Preparation
Before physical works begin, we carry out a detailed pre-start review and confirm all documentation, approvals and selections. Our team also coordinates:
- QBCC-required contract and insurance lodgements
- Dial Before You Dig confirmations
- Construction sequencing based on your site’s specific access and constraints
We then establish the site, which may include temporary fencing, safety signage, material drop and laydown location, access matting, and protection of existing structures or landscaping.

Phase Two
Excavation and Base Works
Excavation is carefully managed to match the approved design. Our team re-confirms the final pool position and levels on site before any digging begins. Spoil removal, temporary ramps and machinery access are all coordinated to minimise disruption.
At this stage, you’ll see your project physically take shape as the groundwork begins.

Phase Three
Structural Works: Steel, Formwork
and Shell
Structural Works: Steel, Formwork and Shell
Once excavation is complete, we install steel reinforcement and formwork as per engineering specifications. These elements are inspected by qualified structural engineers before any concrete is applied.
The sprayed concrete shell is then installed to create the core structure of your pool. This shell complies with Australian Standards and is designed to last for decades.
A 28-day curing period follows to ensure structural integrity and surface stability before finishes are applied.

Phase Four
Plumbing, Filtration and Electrical Installation
While the shell is curing, we complete:
- External plumbing
- Conduit runs for lighting and automation
- Filtration and sanitation setup (positioned for both performance and access)
We work with premium equipment suppliers and install with long-term serviceability and efficiency in mind.

Phase Five
Tiling, Coping and Surface Finishes
Once the shell has cured, we move into detail work. This includes laying coping tiles, installing waterline tiles (if applicable), and preparing surfaces for internal finishes. Every finish is installed by trusted tradespeople with proven experience and attention to detail.

Phase Six
Internal Lining, Fencing and Compliance
Before the final interior finish is applied, your permanent pool fencing must be installed and certified in accordance with Queensland regulations. Once this is complete, we proceed with:
- Interior lining (such as pebble, glass bead, micropox or alternative finish)
- Acid wash and final rinse-down
- Pool fill and start-up
Phase Seven
Handover and Orientation
With your pool filled and fully operational, we schedule a project handover walkthrough. During this session, we:
- Demonstrate system operation and maintenance
- Provide your pool care guide and warranties
- Answer any final questions
From this point, your outdoor space is yours to enjoy. Our team remains available for any ongoing support you may need.
